Compass invites you to Compass Connections with Child Health BC: A Webinar Series on the 2022 Provincial Least Restraint Guideline.

Join us as we discuss:

• an overview of the Least Restraint Guideline and how to use the guideline (Session 1)

• review a least restraint approach to using chemical restraint (Session 2), and

• review guidelines for the assessment and management of behavioural escalation in children and youth with developmental disabilities (including intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders) in the ER, including a review of resources and service pathways (Session 3).

The series will feature speakers from BC Children’s Hospital’s Mental Health programs, Child Health BC, and Interior Health. Details and registration information below.
